| A. | Earlier this year we queried African-American salon owners and stylists about their challenges and needs. We learned that existing professional services and media outlets weren’t meeting those needs, so we created this program to do just that—with a specific focus on empowering salon professionals.

| 3. | Q. | Will spas and nail salons be able to sign up for the Salon Network? |
| A. | At this time, the Salon Network by ESSENCE is only available for hair salons and stylists.

| A. | At this time the salon network is only available to salons located in the United States.
