America’s Next Top Model Eva Marcille: Trading Catwalk for Cat Fights
Expect a lot of daytime drama. Eva Marcille, cycle three winner of "America's Next Top Model," will have a regular gig on the popular CBS soap "The Young and the Restless." Marcille, who plays—of all people—a woman named "Tyra," has appeared on the show for a few months. She'll now be written into the show as regular character.

I was wondering the same thing about her name! Then, I thought wierd for a model to have the word "pig" at the beginning of name. Maybe that's what it's all about and I also thought Marcille was her middle name?! Well, she is FAB either way! Amazing how one opportunity can change to so many things after it!

I thought her name was Eva Pigford? When I saw that Eva Marcille, I was thinking who the hell is that. Nothing wrong with the new name, it just caught me off guard. I love her anyway

omg!! she is so beautiful, and Im so happy she is doing this show, the young and the restless, I have to set my tv to record since I go to work during the day. Im so excited for her. love her. you do ur thing Eva.

Do a little research.. she did not get married!
"As part of undergoing drastic changes in her career Eva dropped "Pigford" from her name and took to a new "Eva Marcille" {she made a slight modification in her middle name.}"
