I would like to purchase the Essence special edition magazines from January or February 2009 with the first family on the front cover. I am also interested in the issue with the first lady & her mother embraced on the first cover. Are either of these available for purchase via the Essence website? Thanks for your assistance.

TYPE YOUR MESSAGE HERE There is an issue on the Obama's, the entire family. It is not exactly hard cover, but its not regular paper. It's last day was I think Apr 4, 2009. I have searched and searched, and I have seen only one copy from Essence. There were others, but I would really love the Essence edition. Thank you, Angela

I did not receive the issue with Michelle or Barak Obama. I am a regular paid subscriber that looks forward to receiving my subscription on a regular basis. It seems at this point I need to stop my subscription and wait to read my friend magazine when she is done.
