comparing her to Jackie Kennedy is an insult to Mrs. Kennedy. Mrs. Kennedy had class and a great figure. Michelle has an awful lot of weight on here hips as noted at the innaguration gown she wore.
I think Michelle is indeed a very classy, intelligent, warm and lovely woman; however, I agree that sometimes her clothes make me wonder "what was she thinking, also". I hated that dress she wore to visit the school children overseas, the dress the day after the inauguration, the black dress dress with the pink flowers (actually all of her flowered dresses are just awful) and I wish she wouldn't wear them! She looked absolutely beautiful on Inauguration day & evening, also on their trip overseas- everything (except that blue dress) was very nice especially the yellow & black, black & white and the black evening dress. My opinion is that Michelle looks really great in bright colors, (solid ones, that is) and black, white, purple and certain tones of green & tan, actually, she looks good in all colors ecent those awful flowered dresses and ones with those weird designs in them. I hope the criticism is taken constructively, as I truly love the First lady, our President and the girls very much. I just want her to look even more fabulous than she does most of the time. I also agree with the blogger who suggested that she not wear flat shoes (at least not with skirts or dresses). I like her sleeveless or long sleeves, not the 3/4 length sleeves. Ok, I'll get of my 'girl's' case, now. It is all said with much love for the Obamas! God bless you Mrs. Obama, First Lady and your family. Whenever someone is in the spotlight, there will be naysayers on the side line. Regardless of race, ethnicity, social status. Celebrate all that is good in our country..... First Lady Michelle is the face of American to the entire world who has been watching since the presidential election... and now that she is in the white house, Her very presence "anywhere" on this globe will be in view of all... keep strutting Michelle, you are beautiful.
