3day Fruit flush detox On Day1,you pour11/4cups oFprotein into a quart container,and32oz or water throughout Day1,you drink 6oz at the following times 8am,10am,12pm,2pm and 4pm. At 6pm you can have 4-6cups of lettucue,preferably mixed greens,romaine or spinach,with all raw vegetable(cucumber,peppers,sprouts,onion,carrots.etc) Thenand 1-2 Tbspof olive oil or flaxseed oil and 1/2juice of a lemon. You also may have4-6 oz of lean,chicken fish or beef added to the salad.
