I typically abhor crowds and avoid them at costs. However, I had to go to D.C just to be in the midst of it all. Was not fortunate to get on the mall but I was happy to feel the energy from the crowd. President Obama, you and First Lady Michele have truly blessed my soul. I have cried myself silly. As an American I am so very proud of you both. God placed you in the White House and I believe you are going to do great things. As an African American I have a new pride and am finally glad that others can see what a fine people we are. God bless you and your family.

President Obama and family I am still on a cloud, I'm 54 years old and never thought there would be an African American President in my life time. I watched the inauguration festivities starting from Saturday and ALL DAY Tuesday. Tears of joy flowed and I just couldn't stop smiling. Same thing happened on election day as well. I just regret my parents and grandparents were not alive to see it happen. Now we can get on with the mighty works as a nation and our credibility restored as AMERICANS that foreign countries at one time respected. Regardless of our ethnicity, it's about our integrity and back to the basics while we go through this economic rollercoaster together. You are the right MAN for the job! God bless you and your family. We're all in this together. God bless America!

President Obama today I grew up today as i watched the inaguration, I remeber as a child watching my mother cry for Martin, cry for John and Cry for Robert, so cry for you and my task must also be to pray for you and your family, and I will be praying that i will not cry and my children not asking the question of why, my grand daughter says you rock

To God be the glory for placing you in the position of President of the United States of America. I admire your openess and willingness to place God first in your life and it shows everytime you speak. You are truly a man of God. It is my prayer that God will crown your head with wisdom, knowledge and understanding to do what He called you to do (bring about a change) and to place a hedge of protection around you, First Lady Michelle, Sasha and Malia and Ms. Robinson. I thought it was truly a blessing for you to allow Ms. Robinson to live at the white house too. I am very proud to be an American. You have really raised the bar. Remember, acknowledge Him in all thy ways and He shall direct your path. I Love you all. Be blessed!!!
