Who says hip-hop doesn't show any love? Not Queen Latifah and Common, who have signed on to star in a new romantic comedy titled "Just Wright."

The queen will play a sports trainer who  falls in love on the job while attempting to rehabilitate a pro baller who sustained an injury that could possibly ensure his future career as  bench warmer.

"Something New" director Sanaa Hamri will helm the project and Latifah and her partner Shakim Compere along with Debra Martin Chase serve as producers.

Currently shooting "Date Night," Common has enjoyed blockbuster success as part of the ensemble cast of "Terminator Salvation, "which grossed more than $165 million dollars in box office revenue in the U.S. since its May release.

Filming begins next month for "Just Wright," but the movie won't hit theaters until 2010.—KNB
