“The Oprah Winfrey Show” Now Being Offered in Spanish

“The Oprah Winfrey Show” will be available in Spanish through Secondary Audio Programming and closed captioning, reports the Associated Press.
The Spanish-language assistance was set in motion on Monday in the country’s largest Hispanic television markets, such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Miami, Dallas and Houston. Viewers should expect more cities to be added this season, which is now in its twenty-third year. Harpo Productions is pocketing the cost of translation fees to help increase its Hispanic audience.
Angela DePaul, a spokeswoman for Harpo Productions Incorporated, said the decision is to “serve the fastest growing demographic of the U.S. population.”

I love Oprah, and have nothing against hispanics, but this is America why is everything turning into Spanish, this is very scary to me. If people regardless of what nationality they are, move to the US, they should learn the English language. Even in the job market bi-linqual is a must. Scary!!!
