President Obama: Gets 'Warm, but Wary Reception' From AMA

President Obama gave a historic speech to the nation's doctors yesterday during the American Medical Association (AMA) annual meeting, the first presidential visit since Ronald Reagan's in 1983. The President faced a tough crowd but received "warm, but wary reception" to his health care reform, according to ABCNews.com. Although he was interrupted 36 times by applause, including several standing ovations, he was booed at least once when he said he would not back caps on jury awards in medical liability cases.—Shavon S.
