If you could go back in time and give your younger self health advice, what would it be? Would you tell yourself to quit smoking sooner (or not to start at all)? Or perhaps encourage a younger you to lose the baby weight faster because it’s harder to shed now?

Never put anyone needs before your own. In order to love anyone you have to love self first. To laugh and enjoy every day, because God only gives us a certain amount of seconds in our life what you do with them are up to you. To embrace your imperfections and know that God makes us all unique. Remember to always be true to yourself.

Things are not as bad as they may seem, its how you react to a situation that will bring you heartaces. Life is fun so enjoy the journey. But each moment is gone forever and when your time to leave this earth is near none of the hurts and pain really mattered.
