Juicy Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 item mango, peeled, cut into chunks or slices
- 1/2 item small honeydew melon, cut into chunks or slices
- 2 cup small kiwi, peeled, sliced
- 1 item Clusters of seedless red grapes
- 2 tablespoon lime juice or orange juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 item Boston lettuce leaves or other salad green
PREPARATION
In mixing bowl, combine fruit; sprinkle with juice and sugar. Lightly toss to mix and coat. Cover and chill. To serve: Spoon over lettuce leaves; garnish with lime or orange zest.
Optional garnish: lime or orange zest.
