INGREDIENTS
- 6 item Catfish
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 item pinch of hot sauce
- 1 item Seasoned Flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour/ 1 cup corn meal
- 1 teaspoon season salt ( Your favorite brand)
- ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
PREPARATION
Soak catfish in buttermilk for 1 hour or overnight, combine the flour, cornmeal, and season salt in a bowl, then dredge catfish in seasoned flour coat well. Shake off excess, heat oil, fry until crispy and golden brown,6 to 8 minutes
