Fresh-Fruit Kabobs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 item fresh pineapple, cored, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 item kiwi fruits, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 item pint fresh whole strawberries, hulled
  • 2 item ripe mangoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 item 6-to-8-inch wooden skewers
  • 1 cup plain or flavored yogurt for dip

PREPARATION

String alternating pieces of fruit onto skewers. Arrange on serving platter. Sprinkle with mint. Makes 18 kabobs.
