INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain Greek style yogurt
- 3 tablespoon xtra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 6 item garlic cloves peeled and flattened
- 2 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 ½ tablespoon of Hungarian sweet paprika and crushed red pepper
PREPARATION
PREPARATION:
1. Combine Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar,tomato paste, garlic,
paprika and red pepper in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the boneless skinless chicken thighs and coat them generously.
Let it sit for at least an hour.
3. Preheat the grill to medium. Use the olive oil to coat the grill so
the chicken doesn't stick.
4. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
