UPDATE 9/25/09: There is yet another update in the Kelis and Nas love saga. The dynamic duo are still heading to splitsville, according to TMZ.com. The site is reporting that despite speculation of the pair reuniting after being seen out together in recent weeks, Kelis is still moving forward with the divorce and the November 20 divorce hearing is on as orginally scheduled.—BB

UPDATE 9/16/09: The saga continues. Musical couple Kelis and Nas were spotted last night by a ESSENCE.com insider at the opening of celeb hairstylist Dickey's new salon, Hair Rules New York. Dickey has been tending to the tresses of Kelis for years so it was only fitting that the trendsetter came out to support. The pair were very friendly and didn't at all seem like the feuding couple we were reading about just a short month ago.

Kelis and her mom catered the star-studded affair. The proud parents even had their newborn son Knight stylishly in tow courtesy of Bugaboo. Kelis beamed when our ESSENCE.com insider congratulated the pair on their new bundle of joy while Nas kept his usual cool, calm demeanor.

Are R&B stylista Kelis and hip-hop vet Nas singing "Break Up to Make Up"? Well, the official verdict is still out. However, the blogosphere is on fire about the estranged husband and wife appearing quite lovey dovey at the popular New York City club Marquee last night. Allegedly the pair arrived to the venue together and were virtually inseparable throughout the night.

Last month, the couple made headlines when a judge ordered that Nas pay the "Bossy" singer upwards of $40,000 per month in child and spousal support. The twosome are also parents to their newborn son Knight who was born last summer. We'll keep you posted.—BB
